Sex Sense Book

2000
Montréal

Sex Sense: Canadian Contraception Guide, was a year-long public design project commissioned by the Canadian Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. I worked with seven students collaboratively on the design, photography, illustration and production. The book was officially launched in Montréal and Toronto and made available to young people across Canada. The students and the Department were paid an honorarium. The Department used these funds to set up a small endowment to fund special projects. In 2001, the book won a national design award for Complete Book Design from the Applied Arts Magazine Awards Annual.
